  1. To establish and operate schools, colleges, and educational institutions up to the pre-primary level
    for boys and girls with departmental permission.
  2. To provide free artificial limbs, food, shelter, education, clothing, and other necessities to the
    differently-abled, and to purchase and distribute artificial limbs for their use.
  3. To identify child laborers and make efforts to educate them. To free bonded laborers and provide
    them and child laborers with education and training, and assist them in establishing self-employment.
  4. To establish and operate residential and non-residential schools, convent schools, child labor
    schools, ashram-type schools, Sanskrit schools, Buddhist schools, Ambedkar primary schools, Urdu,
    Hindi, and English medium schools, schools for the differently-abled, technical schools, industrial and
    vocational schools, and programs under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, and farmer schools, with
    departmental permission.
  5. To establish and operate free libraries, reading rooms, playgrounds, hostels, orphanages, old age
    homes, widow shelters, women’s shelters, child protection homes, community museums, and
    laboratories.
  6. To provide free education and books to children from underprivileged backgrounds, such as the
    poor, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, child laborers, Dalits, the differently-abled, meritorious
    students, the homeless, the helpless, children of fallen soldiers, and children of soldiers who have
    become disabled in the line of duty. Additionally, to arrange free scholarships and hostel facilities for
    them.
  7. To establish and operate training centers for computer hardware, software and designing, internet
    skills, tailoring, embroidery, cutting, weaving, technical skills, arts and crafts, handicrafts, woodwork,
    typing, shorthand, electricals and electronics, painting, zari embroidery, chikankari, carpet weaving,
    durrie weaving, music, drama, instrumental music, dance, ITI, polytechnic, and other vocational
    courses.
  8. To provide free training in agriculture-related fields such as animal husbandry, fish farming,
    poultry farming, beekeeping, sericulture, and goat farming, and to offer accurate and proper
    information to those engaged in these activities.
  9. To promote agriculture and strive to provide farmers with free seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
  10. To publish newspapers, magazines, and conduct research work.
